Home Remedy for Hay Fever
Hay Fever is also known as hypersensitive rhinitis. Hay fever usually develops once exposure to specific allergy-causing materials (allergens). Common things that trigger allergies include pollen, dustmites, cockroaches, mold in addition to pet dander. - Avoid using nasal spray continuously for three days. It may increase congestion of nose.
- If there is no improvement after using home treatments for 2-3 weeks.
