The most common detoxicant fruits are the pomaceous ones such as apples and pears. Do you remember the old saying "An apple a day keeps the doctors away?" It is a fact. Pomaceous fruits are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and phenolic compounds, which expels out bad toxins.
Another common detoxicants are grapes, which contains resveratrol. This helps in blood circulation and prevents certain degenerative diseases.
