The most common detoxicant fruits are the pomaceous ones such as apples and pears. Do you remember the old saying "An apple a day keeps the doctors away?" It is a fact. Pomaceous fruits are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and phenolic compounds, which expels out bad toxins.

Another common detoxicants are grapes, which contains resveratrol. This helps in blood circulation and prevents certain degenerative diseases.

For vegetables, carrots are the best example. It contains dietary fibers, carotene and Vitamin A, which improves eyesight.
